Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options for eligible international destinations:
Express Shipping — $5.99
A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies to orders below $39.00.
Free Shipping — Orders $39.00 and Above
Customers receive FREE SHIPPING when the order subtotal reaches $39.00 or more.
Any available shipping method and applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
United States & Canada:
Approximately 2–4 weeks
Australia & New Zealand:
Approximately 2–4 weeks
United Kingdom & Europe:
Approximately 2–4 weeks
Other International Destinations:
Approximately 2–5 weeks
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that these are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, local carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.
International Shipping
Tundrade ships to many countries and regions worldwide.
Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout. If your country or region is available for selection at checkout, we currently offer shipping to that destination.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient and delivery information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow several business days for tracking information to become active or update after your package has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally experience delays.
Multiple Packages
In some cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability or fulfillment arrangements.
If this occurs, your packages may arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Customs & Delivery Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs processing or inspections in the destination country.
Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside Tundrade's direct control. As a result, some international orders may take longer than the estimated delivery timeframe.
We appreciate your patience if your shipment experiences an unexpected carrier or customs delay.
Changing Your Order or Shipping Address
If you need to change your order details or shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
